Accessibility statement

toolboxx-media UG (limited liability) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously improve the usability of our SaaS application and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

This statement on digital accessibility applies to the SaaS application published under the URL *.intervent-statistiksoftware.de published SaaS application 'INTERVENT' of toolboxx-media UG (limited liability).

As a service provider under the Directive (EU) 2016/2102, we strive to make our SaaS application accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

According to § 3 BITV, SaaS applications are assumed to be accessible if they meet the requirements of the harmonized European standard (EN) 301 549 (in its current version). EN 301 549 refers to the requirements of the international standard of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) with compliance levels A and AA. These requirements form the core of the testable success criteria.

Efforts to support accessibility

toolboxx-media UG takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Accessibility is part of our internal company code.
  • Employees are reminded of compliance with the standards through appropriate review tasks and confirmation obligations during the design and implementation process.
  • There are project-specific goals for achieving maximum accessibility.
  • Formal testing tools (WAVE WebAIM, IBM Accessibility Tool) for quality assurance of accessibility are continuously applied.
  • In the initial development process, people with visual impairments were included.

Status of compliance with the requirements

Non-accessible content

  • There is no equivalent alternative to the existing navigation option. Users therefore do not have the option to make a selection suitable for them (for example, search function or a table of contents/sitemap). 

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technologies

This website is designed to be compatible with all common browsers in the current version and at least their previous version.

Evaluation methods

toolboxx-media UG has evaluated the accessibility of this SaaS application using the following method:

  • Self-assessment: The SaaS application was independently evaluated internally by 2 employees in the organization. The criteria of the current test functions of the aforementioned testing tools were checked at the time of the test. Required adjustments to the SaaS application will be made as part of further development.
